The Waypoint was a wonderful property for our stay in Rehoboth Beach. It is state of the art, clean, friendly staff, and great location. I highly recommend it.

The room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice. We only stayed for one night and we would go back. The location was awesome, we could walk to a few different breakfast spots and a playground for our toddler, and it was a 7 minute drive to the beach. The only challenge I found with this location was that the road outside the Waypoint is pretty busy so you could hear traffic in our room. It was pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with children, I suggest a sound machine. Otherwise, I would stay here again!

Room was newly renovated and very clean. Parking is a bit tight but works well enough. Airconditioning is a mini-split that works very well in the summer. Would visit again

I loved staying here, it can be hard to find parking at other places I’ve went into the past, but I didn’t have that issue at my stay here. Also it was very easy to do the check-in process as they send you updates via text

Super cute boutique motel, updates are gorgeous (who doesn't love subway tile), bed was comfy, room was spacious, we unfortunately only stayed for one night but it's super walkable to so many great shops/restaurants, even the beach if you end up staying longer.
I have been coming to Rehoboth beach my whole life and I’m glad to have found a new reliable spot to recommend to friends and family visiting. It was so pristine I wondered if my partner and I were their first guests! Zach was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. Entry to each room is via keypad which is convenient not to have to keep track of room keys. The aesthetic and decor were tasteful. It is located close to downtown Rehoboth and across the street from Diego’s making it an ideal spot if you are visiting for Pride. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room is small but clean, air conditioning works great and they have a remote check in, which worked great. The staff is very friendly and professional. We spent one night at the hotel and everything was good, the next day we realized my daughter left an expensive device there, we get in touch with the manager who confirmed the cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back.

I stayed here in early June and the location, the convenience of the check-in/check-out, the cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the room made this my new favorite place to stay in Rehoboth. Everything so very clean and tidy, and the location is very convenient for getting there, and then your choice to drive or walk into town and to the beach. I didn't mind the easy 20-minute walk to the heart of town with restaurants and pubs, particularly when you can park here at the hotel and forget about the car for the rest of your stay. Highly recommended if you are headed out to the beach!!
Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.

Had the privilege of staying here a night for an impromptu trip to purchase a car. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Immaculate rooms, comfortable bed, convenient location, and easy, contactless after-hours check in really made this gem stand out. Such a great experience! Check in and out was a breeze. The property and room was extremely clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable and the room was well appointed. I’d definitely recommend this boutique hotel.
Everything was very clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We were there primarily to go to Conch island bar and grill, so the location was extremely convenient. You could also walk to the boardwalk area (about 1 mile).
We LOVED our stay! We did a spontaneous trip to Delaware for the night. We always stay in Rehoboth and found this new little gem. We have a 5 mo old and 3 year old. We booked the Bunk Suite and it was the perfect amount of space. They provided a pacnplay free of charge. We were planning on one night but then loved it so much we stayed another with this awesome promotion they had! Rooms are clean, bright and modern. No complaints. We will be back!

The best boutique hotel. I stayed in very comfortable very clean with extremely initiative, employees front desk, and management.
I thought this was a great place to stay! It is in town and walking to restaurants and the beach is easy. My room was clean and the sheets were amazing. It is an older style 2 story motel but very much redone and upgraded with of little “boutiquey”touches. Checking in and out was a breeze! I would love to stay here again.
This location was not far at all from the beach and shopping centers everything thing was less than 3 to 5 mins away I was so happy when I seen the room it made my stay so much better than I expected it to be it was clean everything was new and worked great no issues or problems checking in either and it was affordable DEFINITELY WOULD BOOK AGAIN thanks waypoint !!
